Reading from a petition filed by the committee of creditors, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing on behalf of ArcelorMittal at the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, said: “It is submitted that the appellant (ArcelorMittal India) has displayed an intention, and has also taken steps to comply with the May 8 order.
